Bug Description
The Avaneya Project Crew Handbook's footnotes are in a variety of inconsistent formats, ranging from pseudo MLA, short hand, or whatever.
It matters less how they are depicted, so much as they are at least consistent. Further, wherever they contain URLs, they must be typeset fully expanded whenever the book is compiled for print use since readers cannot click on a URL in a real book. In the case of online format (PDF), they can probably be shortened into the reference's title-only clickable links.
