Avaneya Crew Handbook needs page periphery artwork

The Avaneya Crew Handbook needs page periphery artwork. The artwork is for the areas of the page surrounding the centre body. This area is the margins, header, footer, etc..

The page's background colour is black, but I made the attached sample page white so you can see the frame overlay to get a feel for where the artwork goes. Since the page is black, one of the 2D graphic artists may want to have periphery images fade to the centre. Don't worry about the page and chapter numbers overlayed, just ignore them. Here are the dimensions:

Entire page:
European (A4) which is 21.0 cm wide and 29.7 cm high.

Left / right margins:
Each 2.5 cm wide and 26.7 cm high.

Body (centre):
16 cm wide and 26.7 cm high.

Footer and headers:
Each 16 cm wide and 1.9999 cm high.

Four corners:
Each 2.5 cm wide and 1.9999 cm high.

The images don't have to be in cm, I am just giving them to you so you
know the ratios.
