autoppa package doesn't list python-pexpect as a dependency

Bug Description
I can see you guys are rewriting to ditch pexpect in favor of bzrlib, but for the time being, you should list this as a dependency, as if python-pexpect isn't present on a system, all you get is a nasty traceback. right now, it's nowhere to be found in control.
