Bug Description
The input implementations in _uinput and _X11 have a rate argument that controls how fast the move is done. The common interface defined by Pointer doesn't have that argument, so we can't nicely pass it to the backend.
We need this to do a slow move in the unity8 tests.
The common interface should also accept the other parameters: animate and time_between_
