Description:
mouse move runs in an endless loop if the cursor doesn't reach the expected position on screen

Steps:
1. use input._X11.mouse().move() to move the cursor to an icon, but manually prevent the cursor from reaching the position (or use a kvm that will prevent it.)

expected results:
action will eventually timeout

actual results:
function runs in an endless loop

Chris, does the addition of the StagnantStateDetector in revno:321 resolve this issue you are seeing?

(i.e. http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~autopilot/autopilot/trunk/view/head:/autopilot/input/_X11.py#L358)

I don't think this would fix my kvm issue where the mouse randomly jumps around. I don't have hardware to test anymore as this bug is more than a year old.
