Bug Description
Autopilot should support launching click packages for app authors on the Touch platform.
This is required to land in Saucy since the Ubuntu Touch images are based on saucy, and will land click packages before the 'T' cycle starts. We need to be able to launch apps contained in click packages, otherwise we will not be able to run the daily image tests for the touch product.
