VIS XML Tree Loop

I'm not sure if this is related to bug #1121659 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/autopilot/+bug/1121659), but I'll reference it anyway.

To reproduce:
- Download the source (from my fix, the main branch, or thomi's fix).
- run "./autopilot vis -v"
- the window appears and status text at the bottom reads "waiting for first valid dbus connection." There is no other text anywhere otherwise.

System information:
Linux ***** 3.5.0-23-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP ************ x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Ubuntu 12.01
Python 2.7.3

Attempted to reproduce this with no success on a vanilla install (1.2daily13.02.13-0ubuntu1+bzr138pkg0quantal1), although the log looks very helpful--suggest we offer to thomi and/or veebers for perusal. . . .

Neither Allan nor myself are able to reproduce this bug. I wonder if you could grab the branch linked above (under "Related Branches"), reproduce the bug, and then attach the new log file?

It's been fixed for 12.10. I don't get an error any more.
As talked about on IRC, the main branch works fine for 13.04.
