No rects for menus

While debugging a simple test with attente I've found that GtkMenuItems won't report their location.

I'll attach a few items here to help reproduce.

The first is a simple autopilot test on gedit. The test clicks on the file menu and then introspects GtkImageMenuItems--it definitely finds that these widgets are realized, however their dimensions are given as (-1, 159, 1, 1). I'll also attach my log, and a branch of autopilot-gtk with some special logging and some extra attempts to get the rectangle to show itself.

This is kind-of a blocker for attente and myself, supporting autopilot for gtk-menus, etc.

Note that the attached branch requires an adjustment to lib/main.cpp : set the log output to a reasonable path pls :) .

A fix for this bug has been released in the 0.4 series; the linked demo branch will be deleted.

I added a test case for this in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~pitti/autopilot-gtk/add-tests/revision/57. This was fixed a while ago, closing.
