Bug Description

Nel costruttore del campo range di PoliticaConImpostazioni si usa il metodo getNumParametri di PoliticaComposta che non ha ancora inizializzato i propri campi politicaBase ed Emergenza => NullPointerException

Sistemare questo cane che si morde la coda.

Ho ovviato al problema inizializzando il range all'interno di ogni costruttore di ogni politica invece di farlo nella superclasse.
