Bug Description

To update the GitHub secrets, you actually need to run

juju config autopkgtest-web github-status-credentials="$(cat github-status-credentials.txt)"

instead of mojo run. I don't know why exactly but the latter was a no-op while the former immediately changed the setting.

This might also be a bug in mojo or our use of it, it seems to be supposed to read the file via include-file and then set the variable in the service-bundle.

That should work AFAIK... can you check with Mojo developers? (IS, I think there's a mailing list or you can ask in the channel)

Otherwise it's OK to update the docs to change to that command.
