Bug Description
We have a case that most of a package's (glib2.0) tests have already run (we were just waiting on one remaining test). Then some other reverse dependencies got uploaded (e. g. unity8), which caused the already succeeded tests to be re-run. This should not happen for successful tests, only for failed ones.
