Bug Description
The splash-only default identity is now guest+<timestamp> which gives a unique name to every connection. When the auth server knows the MAC address of the device, we should have the possibility to overwrite this default identity to the MAC address itself.

Why not using timestamp+macadress make a hash md5 of it and pass it to the server in the http, that'll be more difficult to bypass than only mac adress?
