Bug Description

Currently to have information on the number of online users or the total number of active users, we need to login as administrator. This information could be publicly available on the login page, so that all users connecting to the server can see what they are part of.

Need the trunk to add the possibility for plugins to put some custom text somewhere.

And the actual information would be provided by the apAuthLocalUser plugin

Actually I think this information should be provided by the web service and displayed on the external portal pages.

The users connected to a given node are already available by default through the web service. See for example: http://demo.authpuppy.org/ws/?action=get&object_class=Node&object_id=leon

The web service should now also return the number of total connected users on the network.
