apDashboardPlugin link in Plugin Manager is wrong

Bug Description

In "Plugin Manager" when I click on "apDashboardPlugin" the link "http://authpuppy.localdomain/plugin/configure/apDashboardPlugin" display the same screen as "apNodeExtraPlugin" link "http://authpuppy.localdomain/plugin/configure/apNodeExtraPlugin".

DashboardPuglin does not have a "_formConfigure.php" template, we should not see any link at the moment.

I remove the configure panel, was a copy/paste on the apNodeExtrePlugin panel.
