Bug Description

When a node failed to respond, nobody knows it except the customers who used it.

Having a predefined system message sent automatically by email by the server to the system admin would be something essential in my point of view. Instead than having a call, from one or many customers, telling that he or they can't connect to the internet and having no idea of the problem, would be something crucial.

No matter what's the nature of the problem, as long as it is a connection problem with the server, as long as it is a server who became partially down (by one or more of his node) or suddenly crashed, a notification process could be implemented.

I think that this issue would be appreciated by anyone involved in Zap Québec or Ile Sans fil, whatever they are users, local administrators, technicians, or programer.
