wish UI, on close, either save menu or option

When the add checkbox is checked(for pause/continue recording)
than closing the app has an unusual behaviour, aka behaviour different than most app.

The propose change when add checkbox is checked.

Either at close,
the user is prompted close file or continue at restart
that is to say when app is restarted, either a new file for recording will be created or it'll continue with that very file.

Or a extra property
