Bug Description

Basically trying to solve the problem of quiet dialogue and loud explosions. From what I understand the issue is that the audio is mixed for multi-channel audio and a generally loud setup (as in a theatre) so it has a high dynamic range. For a simple speaker setup (2 channel audio), we need Dynamic Range Compression (ooo sounds fancy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_range_compression )

Apparently VLC has some comparable features but it has to be configured manually. Since we're smart, we should come up with some smart rules about when to enable the feature and just do the right thing.
