Audience can't play any video or audio file

Hello ,
Always, when i try to open a media file " video or audio " whith Audience i get an error message
" Oops! Audience can't play this file !"
" No URI set"

also i tried to figure out what's wrong by running it via terminal and i get the following

installing ubuntu-restricted-extras as per comment #1 solved this for me:
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras

I have ubuntu-restricted-extras installed the libdvdcss script but it doesn't open the DVD!
