Cannot play any videos

Whenever I try to open a file with Audience, I get an error "Oops! Audience can't play this file. No URI set". It happens with each and every video file I have, with various formats.

I ran audience from the terminal and got this:

Just to add that, this started failing some days ago. It was working perfectly before.

Maybe you need to install the codecs.
