maybe it's related to the file format, if so, the video file is .mkv and the subtitles are internal

Can you extract the subtitles and share them here as a sample for testing. Also it could help determine if this is a typo with the subtitles and not an Audience problem.

Tested this again. Still displays incorrectly.
