Bug Description
Audacious newer versions support building with meson, as such the snap should also try to use meson instead of auto-tools as a progressive move.

There is a road-block, something same that happened with autotools and was fixed although fix for meson isn't yet available.
Hence meson builds have been delayed until the fix is found ? and we will still be using autotools 🫤
Edit: Only Audacious part has problems with meson and needs fix but its plugins has now been successfully ported over to meson.
