Bug Description
Hi,
I've got some general tasks and I want to be notified about them every day at morning and at afternoon. So I used Locale for this. Morning notification triggers correctly, but second one doesn't.
Step to reproduce:
1. Create task with tag, ie General
2. Create Situation in Locale, ie MorningNotifier - Conditions: Time 9AM-11AM, Settings: Astrid Tag Alert (General)
3. Create Situation in Locale, ie AfternoonNotifier - Conditions: Time 6PM-8PM, Settings: Astrid Tag Alert (General)
4. At the 9AM Astrid Tag Alert (General) tiggers
5. Between 6PM-8PM Astrid Tag Alert (General) doesn't tigger

Ah... haha in order to prevent users from getting annoyed, I rate-limit the frequency that locale notifications can get triggered for a single tag to once every 12 hours. This is so that people going in and out of, say, the office, won't get office notifications every single time.
I'm not sure what can be done here... I'll have to think about it a bit more. The workaround would be to use two tags =/
