Bug Description
In the class astral.Location, solar_elevation and solar_azimuth give a value independent of the location set via the corresponding latitude and longitude. That can not be right!
(I did not test solar_azimuth)
In the class class astral.Astral both solar_elevation and solar_azimuth depend on the latitude and longitude passed to the function as expected.
