Bug Description

The nginx-plus dib element does not produce a functional image. The most glaring error I see in https://git.openstack.org/cgit/stackforge/akanda-appliance/tree/diskimage-builder/elements/nginx-plus/pre-install.d/01-nginx-plus is that the script is wget'ing the apt-key to /etc/nginx/ssl but attempting to add it from its PWD. This isn't caught as an error by DIB because the script is not set -e.
