--version cmd arg not working

Bug Description
Not able to show program's version number with the --version command line argument for the following programs:
astara-pez-service
astara-orchestrator
astara-debug-router
astara-dbsync
--version works for the following command:
root@os-
astara-ctl 8.0.0.0rc2.dev3
and astara-rootwrap doesn't take the --version or --help command line argument , which I expected.
