Bug Description

It looks like lenses are supposed to be black and white. Perhaps using the icon from meta: http://sstatic.net/askubuntumeta/img/apple-touch-icon.png

and then shrinking it down a bit would make it match the icon and files lenses better? Or maybe see if we can replicate that "glowy" light effect the other lenses do.

Attaching a replacement for the ../askubuntu-lens/askubuntu-place.png , not sure where in the system it is installed.
But try replacing with this one, it is the same icon size and internal dimensions as the other default unity icons.

I've tried to match the colors with the default icons, but I have not been able to find the source .svg or .ai assets, seems kinda close enough though. If we have to match it exactly to the default icons, I'd have to look at the source assets.

The 'a' should be lower case by the way (as in the site's favicon).

Attaching the 48px ask icon with glow, but without background.(the previous one i had attached had both glow and background shine)
As mentioned on Bug #760656. The icon must be used with lens-icon-background.

To note is that, the ask logo uses text and cramming text into a 17px circular region of the 48px icon is not easy.
And if the icon is scaled to 32px, the text "ask" might be a bit blurry.. aka Jorge is forever bound to suffer from a blurry ask icon size. ;p
Until launcher is able to use different icons for different sizes, we might not have a better solution for this.
If we eventually endup being able to use different sizes for 32px and 48px launcher size, Just crop the attached icon to 32x32.
