AskUbuntu doesn't work with Online Search Results turned off

Bug Description

When "Include online search results" in Privacy settings is turned off, the help lens does not show results from AskUbuntu. Although the setting does what it says it does, there should be a way to turn off online content, such as videos, shopping results, etc. but still be able to see results from AskUbuntu.
