Bug Description
This is very easy to reproduce:
1. Click due West of the CMO.
2. Repeat until Asgard segfaults.
At some point, the bounding box to which the CMO belongs is unloaded. When that happens, the CMO is unloaded too. Triggering CMO movement consequently results in a segfault.

The problem here is that we do not have a formal way of loading and unloading CMO's--which ought to be done differently than MO's. Since this is a design problem, I recommend we fix this in 0.3.9 rather than rush it in tonight for the Halfspent release.
