There could probably be a workaround on the ASDF side, but I have no time or desire to look into it at the moment, and would rather disable test-logical-

CLISP head has a fix to its bug 677. ASDF has a workaround in d88e427 that makes it generally more robust to this kind of situations (included in 3.1.7.8).
