Help windows should be modeless with main window

Bug Description
This mean: when user/player read help thay still can interact with main window for creating tasks, ... The current modal window means: they have to close help wdw then doing tasks, but if they forget smt they have to re-open help, then close, ... I think this modeless window will made users feel more comfortable.

I also think that.
Partially solved, but I don't know how to make 'global' modal window. Actually they is modal only with MainWindow.
If You know how to do this, please write.
