Bug Description

Artha starts with a popup tip stating that Ctrl+Alt+W. But this hotkey does not function at all on Sway (which is based on Wayland). Apparently arthos was developed with the assumption that gnome is installed.

The app probably should not be messing with people’s OS level key bindings automatically without being instructed to do so. Not as well that it’s annoying for users to see this popup tip on every launch, which happens when users delete the configs on every launch to work around another bug:

I believe a good fix is to add a CLI option to “add a hotkey binding to gnome user configs”.

I guess I’ll mention as well that if a key binding is wanted in Sway, this would be where it would go:

~/.config/sway/config

And indeed that file is not updated when artha runs.
