Game objects not cleared

Bug Description

At the end of the round, game objects are not guaranteed to be completely cleared. If something still holds a reference, be it on the server or the client, objects will be taken alive into the next round and do their death effects there (such as creating explosions).

Ahhh, smart :) the commit did not mark the bug as fixed, but it progressed the bug/branch link from "in process" to "fix available".
