Some keys in chat don't (stop) respond(ing) in between rounds

Bug Description
With latest revision 1382 of 0.2.8 series chatting doesn't work well in between rounds.
Sometimes a key doesn't respond at all and sometimes it doesn't stop.
So writing "Good luck for next match!" can result in "Gooluc for netmah!" or in "Good lllllllllllllllluck for nexmach!"
Recording is attached.
I am using Windows 7.

I figured, that also tab for score board, esc for menu and page up/down for scrolling are affected by this.
