Bug Description
See the attached image, which occurred in the fort6.eu server (running a 0.4 version).
From the image, it appears Koi was able to vote before fully joining the server—resulting in her IP address being used instead of the player name.

That's what's supposed to happen for legacy (ePlayerNetID-less) spectators if they vote. I'll disable them on 0.4, the client versions doing that should have pretty much died out by now, and even if not, it's just voting.
