Ebuilds in the Gentoo overlay should depend on virtual/jpeg

Bug Description

Currently the ebuilds depend on media-libs/jpeg. However, Gentoo now has several jpeg implementations available (media-libs/jpeg and media-libs/libjpeg-turbo), and the game seems to work with both of them. Therefore the dependency should be changed to virtual/jpeg to allow the use of any of the two.

I'm not sure this is the right place to report this, so, if it does not belong here, I would appreciate a hint on where do the Gentoo overlay bugreports go.
