Bug Description
Running a subculture for a tournament requires more work than should be necessary. A command is a better solution than asking server operators to add an entry to master.srv or manually creating the subculture list.
For example, in the ladle.cfg file that is RINCLUDE-ed by all Ladle servers, we would add:
ADD_MASTER_SERVER generalconsumpt
