Bug Description

Atm on trunk handling of resource paths with no explicit URL will interpret resource path as being "" (empty)

AFAIK, when 0.3.1 was branched, it wasn't broken... so Milestone should be 0.3.2 I think?

It was, but the other way around: absolute path handling would not work properly. I had to use that(with RINCLUDE, which is actually pretty broken on the 0.3.1 branch) on my trunk servers so I fixed it. I however did not realize I messed up normal resource path handling.
I know I should have set myself as assignee but I'm quite busy on other stuff so I don't want to lock this bug to me without starting spending time on fixing it.
