Bug Description
It would be very nice to be able to have all clients be told "relogin in X seconds" and players not notice the restart.
The obvious example is, for debugging purposes mainly, to issue this command and exec a new server binary with changes.

The 'not noticing' part would be next to impossible, especially if you want to exchange the binary. Unless we want to implement persisting the game state in a way transparent to the clients, which is a HUGE undertaking.
Why not abuse the redirection? Just let the server kick all players and redirect them to yourself, then quit.
