Bug Description
Reproducing:
1/ Start a server, and two clients
2/ Have the clients connect to the server
3/ Have one of these client play, and the other remain spectator.
4/ On the playing client, invite the other player to your team
5/ The spectator says /team Hello!
Results:
* On the playing client, the message is shown normally
* On the non-playing client, there is no message
