Cycle turn sound doesn't play until until player dies

Bug Description

I've noticed that the cycle turn sound doesn't play until I die, even if it's not for several rounds. Then it will start playing, and will randomly stop playing again, most of the time at the beginning of a round, and sometimes several rounds after it started playing again. It's definitely very random, but a consistent problem. Have random fun. :)

Ah then. Sound is pretty much considered broken on the trunk and not worth having. Sorry about that. We'll leave the bug open as a reminder to clean this whole system up some time :) I'm not even in the mood to try to reproduce it, so it goes straight to Lucifer.
