Unredeable text with no textures and HIGH_RIM 1

Bug Description

As with no textures loaded, the walls are white by default so the text becomes unreadable. See http://www.imagebin.com.ar/index.php/view/B1D9B5A6 for a screenshot. Im providing a patch that will make walls darker and also make this configurable (see http://www.imagebin.com.ar/index.php/view/7649C10C for a screenshot).

PS: im submitting a bug report with a patch (diff file) as a way to find out how to contribute to arma in the best way with LP. I already tried branching and requesting a merge, but it had to be manually merged, so im trying this. So bear with me.

Thanks for commiting the fix, theres one small adjustment i didnt get to do before it though. The line 124
>static REAL rim_wall_red = .1, rim_wall_green = .1, rim_wall_blue = .1;
should be
>static REAL rim_wall_red = .3, rim_wall_green = .3, rim_wall_blue = .3;
because .1 is too dark when intensity is low (only happens in circular maps, but still counts). I was going to edit the patch and re upload, but you beat me to it.
