Bug Description
Running arkose as follows works as expected (in that it pops up an xclock window), but it also overwrites any existing ~/.Xauthority with a file owned by root:
$ cd /tmp
$ sudo arkose -h -x isolated xclock
$ ls -al ~/.Xauthority
-rw------- 1 root root 147 aoû 13 20:13 /home/james/
This has the nasty side-effect of causing a subsequent login to fail mysteriously: after entering your username and correct password, the login starts, but then you end up back at the lightdm greeter with no error messages.
