Bug Description

Yunru, Chinese heroine has an earthquake weapon on deploy, she fires it like Desolator fires his rad umbrella field thing and keeps firing until you tell her to undeploy.

So, with IsDesolator=no and ImmuneToRadiation=no, she works properly for human player: you use her long range EMP and on deploy she keeps creating quake waves. Now, AI doesn't use her properly with this setup. When inside an OpenTopped vehicle, she won't fire the weapon. When without a mission, she goes into deployed mode, although she doesn't fire the weapon.

With IsDesolator=yes, AI uses her properly, but when human player (I presume AI too) wants to use the quake weapon on deploy, nothing happens. she just goes into deploy mode and stays like that without firing. To make her fully working for both player and AI, I have not only to make IsDesolator=yes but also to make ImmuneToRadiation=yes.

I presume something's wrong here, because I presume IsDesolator tag was supposed to fix some things from the original game, and having to make such deso-like infantry immune to radiation is a limitation.
