PC Freeze when trying to produce a dump after RE

Bug Description

The PC freeze(I have to forcibly terminate my PC) when I am trying to produce a dump file when a reconnection error occurred. This freeze bug only happen to the host.

This always happen when trying to produce a dump. Online or not.
Using Win7 64-bit edition.

About a minute.
It may seems short, but when it worked, it took like 5 seconds.
