Bug Description
Make a building that can undeploy to a vehicle powered. Undeploy it to the vehicle. Destroy the source building, now deploy the vehicle back to the building. The buildup animation will be stuck in a infinite loop.
If this is done example on a conyard, you can still buy buildings, which shouldnt be possible, its unpowered.
