Bug Description
Sometimes some building animations may not show correctly. See attachments.

This seems to happen randomly.
##### ADDITIONAL INFORMATION #####
This happened in both r1167 and r1169 (so whatever r1169 fixed, it didn't fix this).

Sorry, but because this happens so randomly, there isn't really a good way for us to solve it, short of accidentally stumbling upon the cause. (If you experience it and make a memory snapshot right as it's happening, that *might* help.)
