A tag to control sidebar/tooltip colors

Right now if there is a fourth/fifth... side in Ares, their ingame tooltip/credit text color gets yellow (from the Yuri sidebar) and this can't be controlled. I'd be happy to see Sidebar.TextColor or using LoadScreen.Color for that.

This would also come handy in a TC where the first sidebar isn't blue, the second isn't red...

Pretty sure Soviet UI text is also yellow rather than red. Either way, this would be useful I suppose.

Allied UI, IIRC, also has pause menu button text colors customized whilst Soviet & all others use the standard colors (yellow and dark red).

D-day replaces the three original sides with seven completely new ones & I've noticed some strange results with the menu colours. Three sides have blue coloured text & the other four are yellow, their order in the sides/county lists doesn't effect the colour tho :/

Use [Side]ToolTipColor= (R,G,B)
Sides "Nod" and "ThirdSide" default to 255,255,0. All other sides default to 164,210,255.

It works. It even changes radar border color, radar focus window color, and credits color.
