TS style load screen Support

Remember the TS loadscreen where there was text such as "calculating possible enemy tactics" while loading? I would like to see this in RA2. I would also like it to be customizable in terms of sound and text. This is good as it allows RA2 alpha mods to use the original loadscreens, these are hidden in local.mix. It also allows other mods to use these loadscreens.

The Calculating stuff was already within old versions of Ares, it went disabled, because it was uncontrollable at that point.

Do you know what I mean? Open up TS, loadup a game, and look at the side of the loadscreen, you will see a list of text.

Not really. You want back those strings used instead of the loading bar in TS. I responded that the main code is already in, but disabled, because it's in as hardcoded and stuff.

I don't see any reason why a feature like this should be added. This is flavor in its silliest form and for the vast majority of modders, wouldn't be usable without a redesign of loading screens, which is no small task.

Since this feature request failed to gather community- and developer support, I am hereby formally rejecting it.
