waypoint = rally point, I'm assuming?

IMO, it should be like that. I mean if a vehicle got emp, it would basically shut down electrical components and engine, then after emp wears off, you basically would have to restart the engine and stuff, right? So in a sense, if a building gets emp why shouldn't it's electrical components and what not be shutdown and have to be restarted?

But if you mention vehicles, they don't forget what was their last command after they get EMPed (and when they did, it was bug reported and fixed). Why should buildings forget where to kick out units, then?

I agree that this a very low-priority issue, but in reality, if electronics get affected by EMP, they are just as useless in a vehicle as in a building. In both cases, they have to be repaired, or completely replaced, and any settings are lost. In that case, why does Ares treat EMPed vehicles and buildings differently? (technical issues aside, I know that they are different classes and handled differently by the game engine :P )

Can't reproduce this. I built a War Factory and set a waypoint, then attacked the War Factory with an EMP weapon. Sparkles anim plays, construction options gone. After the effect subsides, the waypoint is still shown as before, and after building a tank it moves where it is supposed to move.

Ok, so, that EMP weapon was on a powerplant. Using the weapon disabled all power. Using regular weapons doesn't disable the rally point, but using that one does.

Seems like i can't change rally points after a structure was EMPed when it's on low power. I can change it before, even while it's on low power, but not after. The rally point is still there, though.
Howeve, after it regains power back, it the rally point is lost.

Sorry, still can't reproduce. I'll mark this as fixed for now. Can be reopened if others run into the same problem.
