Hover locomotor weird rocking

Bug Description
When a moving unit with a hover locomotor is hit directly by a warhead with Ripple.Radius set, it rocks in a weird way instead of just jumping up and down, like units usually do when affected by such warheads. It also happens when a unit with hover locomotor fires an AreaFire=yes weapon with a warhead with Ripple.Radius set.

First is the hover unit firing a AreaFire=yes weapon with a warhead with Ripple.Radius. Just after that, the same unit is directly hit by another warhead with Ripple.Radius (while it's on the move). It rocks in a strange way in both cases.

Two hover units are hit by a warhead with Ripple.Radius, but when they are stationary. As you see, even the directly hit unit doesn't rock like it did on the first video.

I totally forgot this issue. The weird rocking can be reproduced by non-hovering but moving tanks, firing Ripple as an AreaFire.
